They are happy. Patients are treated to a true “concierge-like” standard of service, from their initial contact to their post-op touch points. Each patient is assigned a personal “Patient Coordinator,” a knowledgeable and trained ally based out of our Dallas office, who will answer questions, provide initial evaluations, negotiate with insurance companies on the patient’s behalf, and ultimately see the patient through to procedure. The innovative process self-generates powerful marketing in the form of appreciative testimonials from satisfied patients.

Perhaps most importantly, by the time a patient reaches your office for an evaluation or procedure, he or she has been treated to a caring, considerate process of care that is probably unlike anything they have ever experiences in healthcare. In most if not all cases, patients will be well-informed on their treatment options and already satisfied with the level of attention and dedication they have received.

Better Outcomes and Increased Compliance. Our top priority is patient safety and successful outcomes. All patients who are referred from a Primary Care Physician or Chiropractor are co-managed with the referring physician. You will receive weekly reports regarding the consultation and surgical status of your patient throughout his or her experience with Nobilis Health, as well as specific instructions to return to your care once the surgical experience is complete.

Nobilis also uses proprietary technology to check up on patients and make sure their post-operative recovery is going well. This results in fewer re-admittances and better compliance to your instructions.
